Pride Month Day 4: Learing About The Term

Time to get a little into the know with Day 4.

As Sam lead John, Nazo, and Cameren to wherever they were heading; Nazo asked Cameren, "I am grateful that you three are willing to help me out her; however, I do not know the first thing about Pride Month. Do you know anything about it as a whole?" To which Cameren said, "I do; but I think John might be a bit more able to explain it better." John then said, "He's right; but before you know a few things about Pride Month, let's start with LGBT." Nazo then said, "LGBT?" John then closed his eyes, and said, "The four of us can be considered Gay, that would make us the "G" in the name.

"The next letter is "L" means Lesbian, which means two women that fall in love with each other." John continued; while Nazo got the thought of what he was saying.

"Bisexual is the next part or "B". That means one person, either a man or a woman, that loves both people of either gender." John told them. Nazo then said, while having the thought in his head, "So that would be like one woman loving another woman while also loving a guy?" John responded, "Yes."

"And finally, we have the "T" in this one, Transgender. This one is a bit tricky. Basically it's one person who does not identify themselves with the gender that they were born as, so they literally change their body to that of the gender that they feel they more relate themselves to." John told them. Then Nazo said, "So, it would be a woman who does not like being born a girl; wishes to be a guy; and sets herself to go through that process of being a guy?" Then John said, "That's correct. You're slowly catching on."

"So that is what LGBT means, there actually is more to it than just the four letters; however, that is basically the gist of all that." John finished. Nazo was a little bit more happier after that little discussion; while Cameren was a little weary about Nazo's expression. However, all that changed when Sam said, "We're here."

I really did try my best to come up with a decent description for each of what the terms would be; especially for Bisexual and Transgender. However, I think I did a decent job in doing what I did.
